Ivan Rodriguez
Sustainability Director
Ivan is the Sustainability Director for our Property portfolio. In this role he works to maximise the sustainability and impact of our property portfolio investments. He also supports asset management activities throughout the whole property cycle, from acquisition, to asset improvement and exit.
Ivan has almost 20 years’ experience in the property industry with a proven track record of developing sustainability strategies and adding value to a wide range of properties and assets. He previously worked as Head of Sustainability and Technical Director at AECOM (formerly URS), were he was instrumental in the delivery of highly sustainable properties in the UK and overseas.
Ivan has a MEng in Industrial Engineering from the University of Valladolid and an MBA from Imperial College London.
