Bridges Ventures is pleased to announce that it has converted from a Limited Company to a Limited Liability Partnership (“LLP”).

We believe that a formal partnership structure will be more flexible and efficient and better reflects the ethos of the business and the way in which it has been run since its foundation in 2002.

Bridges Ventures remains owned by its executive team and the Bridges Charitable Trust. As previously, the Charitable Trust has control over any change to the firm’s founding commitment to raise only funds with social goals. The Bridges Ventures team will also continue to donate 10% of their own carried interest in the Bridges Venture funds to the Bridges Charitable Trust.
