Bridges is redeveloping 6 East Parade, a previously vacant office building in Leeds city centre, in partnership with Evenacre. The refurbishment will see the installation of a variety of energy-efficiency measures, reducing the building’s carbon footprint as well as costs to tenants, most of which will be small to medium enterprises. 6EP will also support the commercial growth of this regeneration area.
