Elpida is a Sustainability Associate in Bridges’ Property Team, where she manages, measures and works to improve social and environmental impact across all our property investments’ lifecycles.

Among other responsibilities, she ensures data and progress transparency, works closely with relevant stakeholders on achieving ESG targets, and manages climate and transition risks. Elpida’s primary focus is on ensuring that buildings provide healthy environments for both occupants and the surrounding nature.

Prior to joining Bridges, Elpida worked in abrdn’s Real Estate ESG team, where she worked on implementing energy efficiency measures, setting carbon reduction pathways, assessing assets’ physical climate risks, and reporting to investor and industry standards. Elpida studied Economics at the University of Edinburgh, where she concentrated on game theory and the economics of the environment.
