In this exclusive Bridges interview series, we asked 20 global thought-leaders: how do we accelerate the transition to a more sustainable and inclusive world between now and 2030?

We’re now more than half-way through our allotted time period to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals – and for all the positive progress made since 2015, we continue to lag behind on almost every measure.

Bridges’ 20/30 Visions series – launched to coincide with our 20th anniversary – is our attempt to understand how we can go further, faster. It features 20 interviews with thought-leaders from five different continents, with expertise spanning Government, investment, philanthropy, policy, innovation, technology and campaigning, amongst other things. We wanted new ideas, fresh perspectives, different ways of thinking about the challenges we face.
