Partner & Head of ImpactOlivia is a partner and Head of Bridges Insights, Bridges’ knowledge and advisory function. She is also responsible for Bridges’ impact strategy across all funds.
Previously, Olivia co-founded the Impact Management Project (IMP), an ambitious sector-wide initiative to build market consensus on sustainability and impact management. In its first phase, the IMP developed the five dimensions of impact and impact classes. The IMP concluded in 2021 having achieved the creation of the UN-managed Impact Management Platform, and facilitated the launch of the International Sustainability Standards Board out of the IFRS Foundation. Olivia also led the IMP’s operations and fundraising.
Olivia began her career working in emerging market impact investing at CDC (now BII). Olivia has extensive experience advising investors on designing impact investment strategies across diverse geographies and asset classes. Olivia regularly lectures on impact investing, social entrepreneurship and sustainability, including in her capacity as Associate Fellow at Said Business School, Oxford, and co-author of the CFA Impact Investing certificate.
Olivia has an MA in International Relations from King’s College London, and a BA in History from Durham University. She has lived and worked in New York and Tanzania and is currently based in London.
