Associate, Impact Management

Michelle is an Associate in Bridges’ Impact Management team. She works closely with our investment teams to develop Bridges’ impact strategy and implement impact management practices across the Sustainable Growth and Evergreen funds.

Prior to joining Bridges, Michelle worked as an investment funds solicitor at Linklaters, where she was a member of the cross-practice Sustainable Finance Working Group. She advised both fund sponsors and institutional investors in connection with investment funds in the private equity, real estate and infrastructure sectors.

Michelle holds a first-class Bachelor of Laws degree from University College London and an MSc in Law, Business and Management from the University of Law. She is also a graduate of the On Purpose Programme, a leadership and career transition programme for mid-career professionals interested in social and environmental impact.
